![]() ![]() ![]() Screen MagnifierĪ screen magnifier is an alternative way to get bigger letters on your Kindle Fire. You can choose between normal, wide, and narrow margins. Margins option lets you determine the size of the blank space on the edges of the screen. The default is white, but you may switch to sepia or black if you prefer. With the Color mode option you can change the background color of your Kindle book. Line spacing will adjust the space between each line (above and below). The “Settings” menu offers three more adjustments – line spacing, color mode, and margins. You may customize your Kindle Book in other ways, too. The publisher font option can appear if the book’s publisher recommends a specific font. Additionally, if you don’t like the default font, you can change it by tapping the font button. Increasing the font size will make the text appear larger and more readable. In this menu, you’ll be able to change three things – font size, font, and publisher font (if available). That means you can use an SD card as an extension to your internal storage. ![]() Older Fire tablets let you move some apps to the microSD card, but if you have a model released in the last few years, it's probably running on Android 7.0 Nougat or newer. No matter how you cut it, you don't have a lot of room to work with, especially if you download movies and music for offline listening. The Amazon Fire HD 8 and 10 ship with 32GB of storage in their base configurations, while the Fire 7 includes a paltry 16GB. ![]()
